Is the -r option needed?

In tests, it always runs the target application immediately (which is what I expected anyway).

UPDATE: Discovered this option is confusing because of the way the Micro Boot Loader (Second Stage Loader) is currently implemented. Fixing Micro Boot Loader now. This issue is resolved.
