Prompt user if Propeller model to compile for is undetermined #136

From customer "Ted":

if file is untitled/undetermined, Dialog to ask user for chip version on first compile with option to check from hardware. Compiler should not be reporting success if version is not determined.

Are you abandoning the idea of using {$P1} and {$P2} tags?
