Allow user to change the font size for the Debug Terminal.

Preference setting
Focused Debug Terminal and Ctrl+MouseWheel up/down (similar to edit control font size changes).

This will naturally work for newly arriving text; however, updating the existing text to the new font size may take more work depending on how that data is rendered in the Debug Terminal.
