Locale bug when displaying floating point constants

When displaying the value of a fractional float constant in the status bar, there appears to be some decimal separator issue.

LOL = 44.1

leads to

Note: Don't currently have the latest version, but I think this bug has been there forever and you would never catch it on a US locale system.
