This may not be a trivial fix, and maybe wouldn't be classified as a bug by everyone, but if you move a method to a different location within the object (say, for example, to reorganize methods in alphabetical order), and then click on its name in the method browser pane, the cursor is brought to the old (now incorrect) location in the source.
The cursor moves to the correct location if the file is saved before clicking on the method's name.
