bstc and bstl 64 bit for macOS #57

In the release 0.38.5 bstc and bstl are compiler as universal binary for ppc and x86, so they don't start on macOS Catalina since it only supports 64-bit programs.

As far as I understand the original source code of that software was lost. So there is pretty much no way to do anything about this. This is all what's left: http://www.fnarfbargle.com/bst/

Maybe some genius could decompile it and somehow make sense of it, but I'm fairly certain it's not worth the effort.
