Simple Libraries appear to need lib*.a rebuilds for propeller-gcc default branch.

While trying to run a multicogc example with the propeller-gcc default branch, 
some issues were discovered.

It seems that the default branch builds have changed enough to make the 
libraries between branches incompatible.

Marking as an enhancement because it needs to be addressed for propeller-gcc 
alpha_1_9 update releases and is not a problem on propeller-gcc release_1_0 
packages.
