dht22 library - read frequency #177

@MatzElectronics dht22_read() note says the sensor can be ready every 500ms. However, the CM2302 datasheet seems to set a 2 second interval. The Block reference cites a 30 second interval.

Let's normalize to the datasheet, test, and then republish library.
