SimpleIDE Alpha: Mac Browse feature not responding #150

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

A) What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Run the Mac version of SimpleIDE
  2. Open a program with a function and function call
  3. Click the function call, than then click Tools.

B) What is the expected behavior (output)?

The Tools menu should have a Browse Declaration menu option that causes
SimpleIDE to select the function name in the function prototype.

C) What do you see instead?

In my mac, I do not have a Browse Declaration menu option.
Another Mac I observed has the option, but it does not find the function
prototype; there is no response

D) Classify the bug as one of the following:

1. Show Stopper
  >>2. Medium Priority<<
3. Cosmetic
4. Low Priority

E) Application Version and Platform:

Version
    SimpleIDE 0-9-25 (Mac)

Platform

Choose OpSys from Labels Below:
    OpSys-All, OpSys-Linux, >>OpSys-Mac<<, or OpSys-Windows

Specify Platform OS Version and 32 or 64 bit. For example:

Linux Debian (32 or 64 bit)
Linux Suse (32 or 64 bit)
    >>Mac OSX (64 bit Lion)<<
Windows XP (32 bit)
Windows 7 (32 or 64 bit)

Provide any links or additional information below if possible.

This should be fixed in version 0-9-26. Please verify.
Please verify that you have the file /opt/parallax/bin/ctags on your system.
