SimpleIDE Terminal Enable/Disable Button is half right. #155

A) What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Run with Terminal on some program
  2. Terminal pops up
  3. Note Enable/Disable button

B) What is the expected behavior (output)?

On startup, the button should say Disable and pressing it should disable output 
(button changes to Enable).

C) What do you see instead?

The button only seems to work about half the time.

D) Classify the bug as one of the following:

2. Medium Priority

E) Application Version and Platform:

Version
    SimpleIDE 0-9-30

Platform
    All

This issue is fixed in version 0-9-33+

Now the terminal enable/disable button is always set to "disable" after 
download.
