SimpleIDE needs a "tech-support" command #161

Often when users have trouble with compile all information needed to solve a 
problem is in the build status. It would be valuable to have a command that 
would show all build status and other system information in a window to easily 
copy/paste for tech support. Build status should also show version info.

Feature added before 1.0

The feature is called "Build Rescue" and is available in the Help menu.
