Build Status error not always visible

A) What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Close Build Status pane (if already open)
  2. Compile code that will cause an error

B) What is the expected behavior (output)?

  The error response withing Build Status should scroll into view.

C) What do you see instead?

  The last few lines of the Build Status displays, which shows "Build Failed!" but the user already knew that by then.  Must scroll back up to find the detailed error message.

D) Classify the bug as one of the following:
