Project Manager Click, Delete, Click Blank, Delete causes Crash (SimpleIDE v0.9.38)

A) What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open a project with at least on -I or -L line in its Project Manager (like the attached archive project)
  2. Open Project Manager
  3. Click on one of the -I or -L lines
  4. Press the Delete key
  5. Click on the blank area below the items in the Project Manager
  6. Press the Delete key; boom, crash.

NOTE: At step 5, if you first click away (like click in the editor) then click 
back to the blank area, step 6 behaves as expected and does not cause a crash.

B) What is the expected behavior (output)?

  Nothing should happen.

C) What do you see instead?

  SIDE crashes.

D) Classify the bug as one of the following:

1. Show Stopper

E) Application Version and Platform:

Version
    SimpleIDE 0-9-38

Platform

Choose OpSys from Labels Below:
    OpSys-Windows

Specify Platform OS Version and 32 or 64 bit. For example:

    Windows 7    (64 bit)

Should be fixed in 0-9-38-1-EXE or 0-9-38 package.
