Auto Include Simple Libraries setting is not saved/restored.

A) What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open SIDE
  2. Click Tools > Properties > General
  3. Uncheck "Auto Include Simple Libraries"
  4. Click OK
  5. Close SIDE
  6. Open SIDE
  7. Click Tools > Properties > General
  ... "Auto Include Simple Libraries" is checked again.

B) What is the expected behavior (output)?

  "Auto Include Simple Libraries" option should retain it's setting.

C) What do you see instead?

  "Auto Include Simple Libraries" is checked upon every session start.

D) Classify the bug as one of the following:

Version
    SimpleIDE 0-9-38

Platform

Choose OpSys from Labels Below:
   OpSys-Windows

Specify Platform OS Version and 32 or 64 bit. For example:

    Windows 7    (64 bit)

Saving "Auto Include Simple Libraries" as unchecked can cause "simple users" 
problems.
