SimpleIDE cant OpenTab "* any" type

A) What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Click OpenTab button for project add.
  2. Choose * any.
  3. Open file.

B) What is the expected behavior (output)?

Expect file to be added to project and source displayed in tabs.

C) What do you see instead?

File not added, and empty Untitled tab shown. Only happens with * any ... using 
specific file type works fine.

D) Classify the bug as one of the following:

2. Medium Priority

E) Application Version and Platform:

Version
    SimpleIDE 0-9-40

Platform
    All

Specify Platform OS Version and 32 or 64 bit. For example:

    Found on Windows 7    (32 or 64 bit)
