Remove "Welcome to Simple View" prompt

  * Remove notice that appears upon first launch of the software.
  * Add user prompt when first switching from Simple View to Project View for the first time.  
     * Something like, “Welcome to Project View.  This view is intended for intermediate and advanced users.  Additional project and file features are provided; use caution in this view.”

Hint dialog reads:

Welcome to Project View. Users of this view are often experienced. Parallax 
does not recommend Project View for beginners.
