F10/11 should reopen terminal after programming. #219

Currently Load RAM and Run F10 and Load EEPROM and Run F11 only load and run 
even if the terminal was opened before.

To some it gives an illusion that F10 and F11 do not work.

It is desirable that if the port was open before F10 or F11, for the port 
terminal to be reopened for receiving debug info.
