SimpleIDE: Some properties tabs are not persistant

A) What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open up the Properties window
  2. On the GCC Folders tab, change any of the fields' paths to be anything else.
  3. Click OK
  4. Close and restart SimpleIDE

B) What is the expected and actual behavior (output)?

The changed fields should retain the new settings... but they do not.  They are 
not persistent, or they are being changed to defaults by SimpleIDE startup.

C) Classify the bug as one of the following:

    SimpleIDE 0-9-68

Platform

Choose OpSys from Labels Below:
    OpSys-All

Specify Platform OS Version and 32 or 64 bit. For example:

User modified settings for the following fields do not persist after SimpleIDE 
restart:

  SimpleIDE -> Properties -> GCC Folders -> (GCC Compiler, Library Folder, Workspace Folder)
