Update to support additional Reset Signal (CTS on Wi-Fi Module) #285

Update to support CTS (Wi-Fi) as a reset signal option.

I use it with exactly that, the cts.

In the settings of SimpleIDE v1.1.2 you can choose CFG as the reset. simpleidepropcfg

And then you go to the ParallaxWX wifi modules page, and set the reset to CTS. (git David Betz committed on May 3) parallaxwx-esp

Then it all works.

OH. I thought it said Unable to support cts. Oh well nevermind. Enjoy the screenshots.
