BlocklyProp Launcher Client downloads using HTTP instead of HTTPS #703

Recent releases of the Chrome browser are now enforcing the requirement that secure resources (pages) may no longer access content from insecure (http) presources. Currently, all links to the BlocklyProp Clients are referencing http://downloads.parallax.com/blockly/... to download client installation files. This needs to change to a secure URL.

This is confirmed as fixed in release 1.6.3. Closing this issue.
