Update quickstart guide for Linux distros #143

The book contains a guide for quickly getting the Parsec service and tool installed on OpenSUSE and SUSE distros, but no equivalent guide exists for Fedora. Such a guide should be created.

A better approach might actually be to combine all Linux guides into one big page that goes over:

the tutorial involving the quickstart package
distro packages (on SUSE and RedHat distros)
Yocto, pointing to this documentation.
maybe the installation guide using cargo(?)
