Enhance and re-organise the Getting Started material #151

The openSUSE and Linux/x86 Quickstart guides have been merged into one new overall installation guide including instructions for Fedora, Yocto and building from source.

Guidelines on parsec-tool usage also given with examples.

The README is reworked more along the lines of an FAQ, with pointers into these new docs, but also to relevant sections elsewhere in the book.

Link check failures appear to be API rate limiting issues rather than any actual problems with the links.
