Add "Hello world!" example for Epiphany BSP #42

This PR adds a 'Hello world!' example to the repository using Epiphany BSP. I opted for cloning and building the Epiphany BSP library instead of adding (even more) binary files to this repository.

Please let me know if you require any changes.
