[Bug]: Language Selector in Footer Unresponsive on Larger Screens

🐞 Bug Report 📋 Description The "Select language" button in the footer, powered by Google Translate, is not clickable on a laptop screen. The dropdown is not responsive when clicking on it, making it difficult to change the language.

⚙️ Steps to Reproduce Open the webpage containing the Google Translate dropdown in the footer on a laptop screen. Scroll to the footer section. Try to click on the "Select language" dropdown. ✔️ Expected Behavior The "Select language" dropdown should open and allow the user to select a language from the list.

❌ Actual Behavior The "Select language" dropdown appears but is not clickable. Clicking on it does not open the list of available languages.
