Newsletter email checking and storing the email for future reference. closes #335

what i have done -

  1. adding a modal to store the emails unique.
  2. checking the email exist or not with postman.
  3. then again checking the emails with connecting frontend with it.

plz increase the level of this issue as it is of atleast level 2 or level 3 so plz do that.

bro it is a level 2 issue i think if possible can you increase its level as i have to work on database backend and postman for checking api.
