Force everything to be a flow
But either not visual or too visual like Diagram
Take inspiration from Figma and make a productivity tool, where you work on an open canvas
Everything is a flow
Each node is a rich data element

An empty canvas for text or for images cannot be organised and is good for thinking. Mindmaps are good, but they are not enriched enough.

We need:

Each node in the mindmap is rich. It can be an issue or an image or a file.
We should be able to diff mindmaps to manage changelogs.
