Add user options for cycler #22

Let the user say the cycler type the data is coming from or even specify the line number of the header

Now with the added functionality, the cycler detection is a bit slower when running it which is not ideal given it wasn't particularly fast from the start. @PipGrylls can you please have a look and message me about potential improvements? Maybe caching, data limits, the encoding detection is the slow bit as well, but I assume that is already made quite efficient.
