It appears now that we will not see a new organization spawned to own Platform.Bible, so presumably both the Platform-branded as well as the Paratext-branded repos should be moved to ubsicap, and approriate links should be put in the paranext repos to point to the new homes.
As part of this, it would probably also make sense to change all the SIL international copyright statements (and other places where SIL is stated to be the owner or publisher) to reflect joint ownership between UBS and SIL. (This will require getting a clear decision from SIL as to how to refer to the organization (SIL Global, etc.?).
