User Story As a user, I want all the labels of SIL to be consistently correct so that I don't get confused.

Description Change SIL International to SIL Global everywhere that we know of where we have the ability to change it Also update copyright (see https://github.com/paranext/paranext-core/issues/1203) See the logo issue to get an idea of some places to check
