User Story
As a user, I want to be able to view check results in the editor so that I can see what needs to change while I am already there editing that portion of Scripture.
Description
Display check results in the margin of the Scripture Editor as seen in the "Marginal Checks" section of the Figma design.
[ ] Create margin in Scripture Editor (don't use existing comments feature and make our own margin that can handle comments and checks)
[ ] Display checks results cards in the margin and make them line up with where they show up in the text
[ ] Filter checks results to only display results whose references are currently visible in the editor (and make sure it dynamically updates so that is always true as the user scrolls)
Note comments have a non attributed id that comes out as a class in the html
