User Story As a user, I want to be able to search for the settings that I care about so that I can find them in the giant list and I don't give up on finding them out of frustration.

Description Create a search bar and implement ability to search and display search guidance based on the Figma design

Implementation idea

[ ] Create search bar
[ ] Implement ability to highlight setting categories and text in settings that match the search text
