Rename `paranext` to `Platform.Bible`

Waiting on a legal entity

We should change many things:

• Organization
• Repo names
• Name in code
• Name in readmes
• Name in documentation
• Name in diagrams
• Template repo (including code, readme, wiki documentation)
• https://platform.bible/#faq
• etc

We should also do something about repojacking. Consider creating a new Paranext organization that points to the Platform.Bible organization.

Although we are still waiting for a legal entity, is there anything reasonable we can/should consider doing now to work toward this? I am particularly concerned about the possible ramifications of having a proliferation of extensions based on the template. If possible, it would be nice to ensure we have a smooth transition path.
