I have created a couple of notebooks that are probably more intuitive to follow than the python script.

Sorry, I've made a few changes, hopefully for the better, and I have realised that the LogNormalQuenchedCEM does not work: interpolate_ssp_masses returns zero for all weights :^( I'll have a deeper look "tomorrow"; now I'm just exhausted.

@paranoya I just pulled the changes, tried the script and it worked fine
