Check for new Parachains, changes in Pallets, changes in XCM versions

Polkadot chains: ✅ Implement Subsocial chain - It cannot send but it can receive. ⌛️ Implement Hashed network - No XCM messages yet, but it has channel open with Asset Hub (Disable until it becomes active however). - Deemed unnecessary by team. Implement once it becomes active. ✅ Remove Clover network - it is no longer part of ecosystem
