TV3, TV6, TV8 and Sport SE Some show are "No Filers"

What channel are you trying to watch?

TV6

What episode are you trying to watch?

Vampire Diaries, but this also happens on other shows

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see a list of episodes but instead I see "No Files". 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select channel TV6
2. Select show Vampire Diaries or for example U.S Fear Factor
3. If you selected Vampire Diaries, the select "Säsong 2"

What version of XBMC are you using? On what operating system?

Dharma Final, Windows 7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.

Seems that the layout for the available episodes may be different on some shows 
on this channel. Please look into it.

Please ATTACH a complete uzg.log or uzgplugin.log.

It has to do with how I get the items, perhaps the system I use is out date. I 
will have a look.

This will also impact TV3, TV6, TV8 and Sport SE

Ok, the changes are a bit more complex. I had to change something in XOT 
itself, not just the channel. So it won't be available until XOT-Uzg.v3.2.3 
(next week). 

I also added High/Medium/Low bitrate support.
