Add horizon.tv to xot for UPC subscribers

horizon.tv offers live streaming television for UPC subscribers. This means you 
can watch tv online. 

The following plugin is needed for the site to work on a webbrowser: Winevine 
DRM, and the flash plugin.  
As the content is copyrighted, users need to login with their 'mijn upc' 
account to be able to watch the content. 

Hopefully this can be done!

Nope, still no widevine support in XBMC and I don't think UPC changed their 
streaming format.

I just checked the Widevine website, and it says linux is supported now.

Currently i don't have a linux machine running to test it, but maybe it could 
be a breakthrough?

Hi guys, I'm just a user that is interested in your work.
Since recently UPC has launched the horizon app which allows you to watch tv 
from any internet connection on mobile devices. I'm using it for android and it 
works great. Could this be another step closer to being able to set up a UPC 
connection in xbmc? Or in my case, on Raspbmc..?
