More granularity on notifications would be awesome. Notifying on all success and failures would be massive spam for my use case.

For the options: Only notify on the first failed build after successful and Only notify on the first successful build after failed

Sure, it would be useful. I'm still working on some template functionality, but will add it as soon as possible.

This is now available in v0.6.1, which I released just now.
