Publish to default respository list of HACs #12

We should get this integration added to HACS's default list. That will make it even easier for users to install. https://hacs.xyz/docs/publish/include

I've worked on this a bit. There are a few failures on the HACS GitHub workflow.

I just committed the workflow. Will see if I can sort out the errors a bit later – or if you'd like to have a look in the meantime.
