Refactor/semantics #177

Refactored the semantics options. Unused options, that are unplanned to use in the future, are removed. The remaining options are now documented and clarified in their meaning.

The consistency is redesigned based on the levels described in Wang et al. 2021 File System Semantics Requirements of HPC Applications. Strong and commit semantics are the same for the batch concept resulting in 3 levels.
