Zombies Spawn bleeding (then die) and as fetuses with child mods #32

Zombies either wont spawn, with children mods on they spawn as fetuses, and with child mods off (and using dev to spawn them) they spawn bleeding to death and soon die

Caused by the “zombies die at 0% threat level” setting.
