Building libmateweather give this error:
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lsoup-gnome-2.4
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[3]: * [libmateweather.la] Fout 1
make[3]: * Wachten op onvoltooide taken...
Merging translations into mateweather.schemas.
After add the dependency libsoup-gnome it can be build.
So libsoup-gnome need to be add at the file pspec.xml
Both: Builddependencies and Runtimedependencies
