Minor changes to allow deployment on Linux 9

Hope you are doing well.

After upgrading our domains, we have upgraded our UTM VM as well. The ansible code has been modified to allow us to do so.

The current Telegraf release is now configure to use InfluxDB (v2) by default. Latest grafana version won't allow angular plugins which is a issue for agenty-flowcharting-panel.

So basically, the latest grafana version usable without any changes to base componments is 10.1.10-1. Any 10.2+ cause some breaking changes.

So this PR basically :

• Allow deployment on Linux 9
• Allow using current version of Telegraf with InfluxDB (v1)
• Force grafana to version 10.1 (avoid changes)
