Would be resolved when https://github.com/maciejhirsz/tiny-bip39/issues/21 is done.

@kirushik published tiny-bip39 0.8 which fixes this.

This would be addressed after https://github.com/paritytech/substrate/pull/7539 is merged and MultiSigil is updated to the next released Substrate version.
