Support multiple commands per comment #81

Instead of having to post two comments it would be nice to be able to do this: 

/bench runtime polkadot frame_benchmarking::baseline
/bench runtime kusama frame_benchmarking::baseline

or even a more compact syntax but I think the change above would be minimal.
