In this issue we need needs also to add ability to track further status changes and comment them back to RFC pull request, so if referenda is ended with either Rejected or Approved statues, and is ready to be merged.
Additionally - if possible also to message about failure statuses, which would indicate a need to either re-create or close the PR.
