The following crates exist in the substrate workspace but are not published.
These should be claimed by creating an empty v0.0.0 project under the name and publishing it (We're working on automating this). Ideally crates should be owned by the parity crate owner account. But if you don't have that on hand, grabbing them yourself to transfer at a later date works too.
