A while ago I created a high-level SCALE minipage (see https://wentelteefje.github.io/parity-scale-codec/). On request of @kianenigma I want to host this page preferably on a gh-pages branch of this repository. However, to open my PR someone would first need to create the branch. After that Github pages for the gh-pages branch would need to be enabled.
In summary: If there's no pushback against this plan please create an empty gh-pages branch, so that I can merge the page.
