Current validators are wrong

From what I see currently, it could be that the supposedly current validators are one era delayed in the past.

The following is visible at block #982,946.

The assumption above would validate if the display between polkadash and the poc-2 UI agree in 337 blocks. If not, that would be another problem.

As far as I can tell, the 'next validators' look correct.

I have encountered the same problem and proved the existence of this problem.
