We should have a guide and ideally some template solution/pallet on howto buy coretime for a parachain.

Fund sovereign account - swap tokens if necessary.
Keep track of acquired coretime
Buy new coretime/renew on the coretime chain in some to be configured fashion.

The template guide should ideally not focus on renewals, but buy coretime via different means - ideally already established secondary markets. We want to maximize block utilization.

If the configuration for buying coretime is embedded in the parachains, it means that everyone can see this configuration. Having fully transparent and automated systems participate in any kind of auction or market can be problematic. This is not an issue with renewing; however, it can be an issue when buying coretime from the bulk sale or from secondary markets.
