Motivation

Currently we cannot use the following packages: sp-allocator, sp-wasm-interface-common (member of our organization published it): https://github.com/gear-tech/gear/blob/6126cc901916c7a013d0d83495f7d4ebe43d20e0/utils/crates-io/src/handler.rs#L209
